OUR HIST ORY

Birth and First Steps

Our story starts with a bright idea, inspiration, lots of energy, and enthusiasm. Monumental desire, hard work, and a strong belief in success help build a solid foundation for our team’s professional growth. This chapter is marked by our first projects and clients;exciting successes and interesting challenges; and new employees, partners, and friends. This is the start of the WEB4PRO story. This is how WEB4PRO was born.

2003

New Home – New Life

We move house. Or, to be exact, we move to a new office. Now, everything is new. Our team grows, and we master many new skills. Now WEB4PRO specializes in eCommerce. We are completely interested and engrossed in this process, so it's safe to say that we have settled on this as a new way of life. It’s time to change our brand styling and our marketing approach so we can begin to tell the world about ourselves. Now WEB4PRO has its own logo and unique style.

2005

We Grow Up and Become Stronger

WEB4PRO is moving onwards and upwards. We have become real experts in eCommerce. Our experience includes more than 100 successful eCommerce projects. This experience motivates us to keep moving upwards. In 2008, the world met the most powerful eCommerce CMS, Magento. Right away we knew that this would be the reliable tool we would use to implement our ideas, from the simplest to the most complex.

2008

Discoveries and New Opportunities

This year brings changes to WEB4PRO. We discovered mobile development and broadened our expertise. Now we design not only professional websites, but also mobile apps and games. As a result, two years later, we become partners with Viber, a company that is well-known all over the world.

2010

Reaching the Pinnacle of Success

Our web development skills become so advanced that we set a goal to share them with others. We decide to hold The First Conference of Ukrainian Online Stores with our Shoplist project. The owners of ambitious and successful Ukrainian Ecommerce projects take part in this conference and become our reliable partners. But we don’t stop there—we successfully implement popular technologies, such as Drupal and SugarCRM.

2012

Open to the World and Adventures

We are open to the world. We broaden our circle of acquaintances and invite our clients and partners to our office. They visit us. We have a good time together and discuss issues and processes related to projects in the current work climate. Our employees travel around the world, setting up and supporting business relations. This year, WEB4PRO takes part in the UK International Conference and establishes a new office in a picturesque and hospitable country bordering a beautiful blue sea—this country is Montenegro.

2014

We Work for Your Profit

WEB4PRO does everything for its clients’ success. We work on interesting projects, develop professionally, and do our best for our clients’ business success. This year, new versions of our main CMSs came out – Magento 2 and Drupal 8. Additionally, we implemented several successful projects for our customers using these new technologies. We increased the number of certified Magento developers on our team. We launched a blog about internet technologies and business, and we created a new version of our user-friendly and modern website. Changing the Perspective

We relaunched our website and started a blog. It was an important stage for us, and we were happy to bring even more value to our customers and site visitors.

2017

The Year of Honors and Awards

Our team has visited Meet Magento UK and was glad to share the knowledge and network. Along with that, we've become a Magento Community Insider, so we were looking towards more of Magento 2 projects, and broaden the opportunities for our clients. We've got a place in the top 250 B2B companies of Ukraine 2019 by Clutch.co and made it to the final of the eCommerce Berlin Expo.

2018

As we always worked with fashion brands and eCommerce stores, we decided to declare our mission, values and positioning as an eCommerce engineering company. We want to make a commitment to the sustainable society and respond to global problems. That is why we ensure that our standards of work meet sustainability requirements and help brands achieve their goals in business.

Growing as an eCommerce Advisor

This year comes with challenges and pandemic reality. Many brands switched from their offline stores to their online brands. We understand that many of them need professional help, someone who can help them grow and scale online. That's why, with 18-year expertise, we committed ourselves to developing as eCommerce advisors who help brands achieve sustainable growth online.

We focus on helping brands and businesses grow into powerful online brands. For this, we dive into specific business niches, discover the success stories of powerful brands, and help new eCommerce businesses. Our company launches a new website for the Swedish market and upgrades the brand identity, choosing the white tiger as a symbol of a powerful online brand. This year, we became one of the best world eCommerce development companies in several ratings.

2021

Scaling in Sweden and Staying for Ukraine

This is one of the most challenging and hard years in our history. The War came to Ukraine. The war significantly changed and destroyed people's and companies' lifes. We had to recreate many processes and workflows in our company, find safe places to work with our partners and grow our company. We opened the representative office in Sweden and completed several great projects for Swedish customers. Our team workes hard to deliver qualitative products nomatter what, and our hearts are always with Ukraine.

Being a Sustainable Web Engineering Company

Life goes on with its new challenges and progress. We see a lot of prospective in new technologies, such as JS frameworks, and WEB 3.0, and also, new interesting rising businesses that need online solutions.
